چکیده
Introduction : The traditional treatment of immature permanent teeth with necrotic pulp involves creating an apical barrier by using calcium hydroxide or MTA plug for extended period time. A novel therapeutic approach called regenerative endodontic procedures (REP) is used to allow root development continue. Aim To investigate the response and REP a modified clinical protocol involving minimal mechanical instrumentation irrigation 10% citric acid. Materials methods We treated 30 in 28 patients aged 7-14 years endodontics. included canal appropriate file 2 minutes total Results walls increased their thickness (93%) cases. In 16 (53%) cases, we found radiographic signs continued development; six (20%), there was thickening closure apex but no elongation; four (13%), obliteration canal; two (7%), healing periapical lesion without any change length apex; only cases (7%) showed healing, remained asymptomatic. Conclusions use files shortens protocol, which advantageous when treating children’s dental issues.

Recommendations for using regenerative endodontic procedures in permanent immature traumatized teeth.
The regeneration of immature permanent teeth following trauma could be beneficial to reduce the risk of fracture and loss of millions of teeth each year. Regenerative endodontic procedures include revascularization, partial pulpotomy, and apexogenesis. Several case reports give these procedures a good prognosis as an alternative to apexification. Care is needed to deliver regenerative endodonti...
متن کاملHistologic and Immunohistochemical Findings of a Human Immature Permanent Tooth with Apical Periodontitis after Regenerative Endodontic Treatment.
Specimens of human immature permanent teeth after regenerative endodontic treatment (RET) are sparse. This case report describes the histologic and immunohistochemical findings of tissue formed in the canal space of a human immature permanent tooth with apical periodontitis after RET. A patient presenting with immature human permanent tooth #29 with apical periodontitis underwent RET. At the 10...

PURPOSE The aim of this study was to identify a role for endodontic intervention in enhancing the regenerative potential of the periodontal ligament when combined with periodontal treatment in seriously involved teeth with a secondary endodontic component. METHODS Patients who exhibited radiolucency extending to the periapical region, abnormal electric pulp testing values, and deep probing de...
متن کاملResults after replantation of avulsed permanent teeth. I. Endodontic considerations.
Following avulsion and replantation, teeth are at risk for infection and infection related resorption (IRR). Severe discolorations of tooth crowns and cervical root fractures are common. This study presents data on endodontic related complications of avulsed teeth replanted following an extraoral endodontic treatment. Periodontal aspects will be discussed in the second part of the present publi...
متن کاملSingle versus multiple visits for endodontic treatment of permanent teeth.
BACKGROUND Root canal treatment (RoCT), or endodontic treatment, is a common procedure in dentistry. The main indications for RoCT are irreversible pulpitis and necrosis of the dental pulp caused by carious processes, tooth cracks or chips, or dental trauma. Successful RoCT is characterised by an absence of symptoms and clinical signs in teeth without radiographic evidence of periodontal involv...
